Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details — your name and email address, provided when you sign in with Google or create an account with email and password. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
• Production content — briefs, reference assets, and raw footage you upload so we can make your films. It is used only to produce your work.
• Billing details — the business name, address, and GSTIN you optionally add for invoices.
• Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. These set cookies and collect device and interaction data under their own policies.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, and banking details go directly to Razorpay — we never see or store them. We keep only the order reference, the amount, and the resulting invoice.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• We don't use your uploaded footage or briefs to promote other customers' work without your permission.
• We don't store payment instruments.

Retention & deletion

Account data and delivered films are kept while your account is active so you can access your work and invoices. To delete your account and its data, email us at the address below — we will confirm deletion within 30 days, keeping only what tax law requires us to retain (invoices).
